EDUCATION AND ACCESS
We provide education and access to our future leaders. This includes building different skills to help equip them to become a success with their studies and/or eventually their chosen careers.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME
We have led the way in terms of innovative scholarships where we have tailored our scholarships to include funding, mentoring and work experience for future diversity leaders.

DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP LECTURE
UK history-making event for our next generation from diverse backgrounds. This is an educational opportunity for knowledge to be shared with our future and current leadership talents.

MENTORING PROGRAMME
We have a tailored service where resources, education, experience and information are shared. We also have a reverse mentoring programme in place to help everyone in the process.

Your tireless commitment to increasing opportunities for future leaders from ethnic minority communities is changing lives. The very practical support you are providing through your foundation is supporting young people to go as far as their talents will allow.
Theresa May,
Former UK Prime Minister
The Miranda Brawn Diversity Leadership Annual Lecture 2016 made UK history for being the first of its kind on 16th October 2016. This was complimented by our leading and innovative educational diversity scholarships across many sectors for students which have inspired many others to follow our lead.
Here our Founder Dr Miranda Brawn shares the background behind her idea to launch the Charity and its associated annual scholarship programmes and diversity leadership lecture events.
