FIVE YEARS STRATEGIC PLAN: 10,000 YOUNG PEOPLE
On its 5th anniversary, The Miranda Brawn Diversity Leadership Foundation has launched its five-year strategy to help "10,000 Young People".
CORE STRATEGY COMPONENTS: A SEGMENTATION OF OUR AMBITION
WHY WE EXIST: To fix the lottery of life by giving everyone a ticket.
WHAT WE WANT TO BE: To reach up to 1 million, raise up to £1 million in funds and impact up to 10,000 beneficiaries over 5 years from 2021 to 2026.
WHAT WE DO: We offer scholarships (Mentoring, funding & work experience), mentoring programmes and mentoring only scholarships, The Annual Diversity Lecture events and diversity and success talks, educational skill-based workshops (i.e. Confidence building and CV guidance).
THE CHARITY WE ARE IN: Eliminating the diversity and inclusion gap in the professional workplace through education and empowerment.
HOW WE BEHAVE: Young people are the focus of our work. We seek to achieve better outcomes for young people while embracing change and innovation.
WHO WE SERVE: We support young people (Up to 30 years old) from under-represented or minority communities seeking to take their first step to build a career* to nurture diversity leaders of the next generation.
*In business, finance, law, STEAM, multi-sector(i.e. Other sectors not listed) and various thematic scholarships (i.e. Black Leadership, Age Inclusion, Social Mobility, Women Empowerment scholarship).

Through enhancing a digital-centric distribution strategy, TMBDLF can reach 1,000,000 people in the next five years
